One to one yoga – Get a 1:1 yoga class tailored to meet your specific individual needs.  Class plan is designed just for you.
1:1 class includes feedback during the practice and adjustments.  Also get a copy of your class plan for practice on your own.


Karma Class – Post ride yoga.  What a great way to end a ride.  Stretch it out!

Mats, blocks & straps available, or feel free to bring your own.
Dress in comfortable movable clothing.
Best to refrain from eating an hour of before yoga/stretching.
